Peanut Butter Chips Brownie Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter (microwaved until melted)
  • 2 cups white sugar

  • eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1.25 cups rolled oats
  • 1.66 cup Reese's peanut butter chips (divided 1.33 & 0.33)
Servings: 36 cookies


Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Line 18 muffin cups (2.5 inch diameter) with foil bake cups.
  3. Big bowl
    1. Stir butter (1 cup), white sugar (0.5 cup), and vanilla (2 tsps).
    2. Beat in eggs (4) and cocoa (0.75 cup).
  4. Medium bowl:
    1. Sift together flour (1.75 cups), baking powder (0.5 tsp), and salt (0.5 tsp).
  5. Beat in medium bowl contents into big bowl.
  6. Stir in peanut butter chips (1.33 cups).
  7. Divide batter into muffin cups
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until surface is firm.
  9. Remove from oven, and sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips, pressing slightly.
  10. Cool completely on a wire racks.

Reese's Pieces Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup butter (softened)
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup Reese's creamy peanut butter
  • egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup Reese's pieces

Servings: 30 cookies


Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Big bowl
    1. Beat butter (0.5 cup), brown sugar (0.5 cup), white sugar (0.5 cup), peanut butter (0.5 cup), egg (1) and vanilla (0.5 tsp) until fluffy.
  3. Medium bowl:
    1. Sift together flour (1 cup), baking soda (0.5 tsp), and salt (0.25 tsp).
  4. Beat in medium bowl contents into big bowl gradually.
  5. Stir in Reese's pieces (1 cup).
  6. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from baking sheets after 5 minutes to wire racks.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar

  • egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1.25 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Servings: 36 cookies


Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  3. Big bowl
    1. Cream butter (0.5 cup), brown sugar (0.5 cup), white sugar (0.5 cup).
    2. Stir in egg (1) and vanilla (1 tsp).
  4. Medium bowl:
    1. Sift together flour (1 cup), baking powder (1 tsp), baking soda (0.5 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp), cocoa (3 cups), and cinnamon (0.5 tsp).
  5. Stir in medium bowl contents into big bowl.
  6. Stir in rolled oats (1.25 cups), and chocolate chips (0.5 cups).
  7. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Remove from baking sheets after 5 minutes to wire racks.

White Chocolate Oatmeal Pecan Cookies
