Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.5 cup light brown sugar
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1.25 cups rolled oats
- 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Big bowl:
- Cream butter (0.5 cup), brown sugar (0.5 cup), white sugar (0.5 cup).
- Stir in egg (1) and vanilla (1 tsp).
- Medium bowl:
- Sift together flour (1 cup), baking powder (1 tsp), baking soda (0.5 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp), cocoa (3 cups), and cinnamon (0.5 tsp).
- Stir in medium bowl contents into big bowl.
- Stir in rolled oats (1.25 cups), and chocolate chips (0.5 cups).
- Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from baking sheets after 5 minutes to wire racks.
