Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup butter (softened)
- 0.5 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 0.5 cup Reese's creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reese's pieces
Servings: 30 cookies
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Big bowl:
- Beat butter (0.5 cup), brown sugar (0.5 cup), white sugar (0.5 cup), peanut butter (0.5 cup), egg (1) and vanilla (0.5 tsp) until fluffy.
- Medium bowl:
- Sift together flour (1 cup), baking soda (0.5 tsp), and salt (0.25 tsp).
- Beat in medium bowl contents into big bowl gradually.
- Stir in Reese's pieces (1 cup).
- Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from baking sheets after 5 minutes to wire racks.
