Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Servings: 72 cookies
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Big bowl:
- Cream butter (1 cup), brown sugar (1 cup), white sugar (1 cup).
- Stir in eggs (2) and vanilla (2 tsp).
- Medium bowl:
- Sift together flour (3 cups), baking powder (1 tsp), baking soda (1 tsp), and salt (1 tsp).
- Stir in medium bowl contents into big bowl.
- Stir in rolled oats (1.5 cups), white chocolate chips (2 cups), and pecans (1 cup).
- Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from baking sheets onto wire racks.
